The Firm was founded in 1994 by Maurizio Rossi, former partner of Studio Legale Ardito, one of the first international Law Firms to be established in Italy.
The Firm is based in Rome, Via Giulia, 66, in Palazzo Sacchetti, one of the most famous Roman buildings, built and designed by Antonio Sangallo and dating back to the 15th Century.
The Firm also has an office in Milan and cooperates with national and international Law Firms in order to guarantee its clients a wide network.
The Firm can therefore provide legal assistance to national and international clients in several practice areas, including Company Law and Corporate Law, Copyright and Intellectual Property Law, Insolvency Law, Labour Law, Product Liability, Family Law and Inheritance Law, Contract Law and Tort Law, both in Court and out-of-Court.
In order to guarantee an all-round service to its clients, the Firm regularly collaborates with Lawyers specialized in Criminal and Administrative Law.
The Firm counts among its institutional clients multinational companies working in the automotive, petrol, publishing, air-sea, food industry, e-commerce and web agencies.
